And while we’re confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your mattress purchase, we still want to give you the option to change your mind, because sometimes a new mattress can take time to get used to.
This is why at Beds Direct we offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial to all customers as part of our continued commitment to delivering outstanding service. This gives you peace of mind that if you and your mattress just don’t gel, you can still change your mind and find a more suitable mattress.
How it works
When you purchase a mattress from us, we give you 100 nights from the date the mattress was delivered to your home to decide if it’s the right choice for you. If after 90 sleeps you’re still not comfortable with the mattress, you then have 10 days to contact us to let us know your concerns.
We will then arrange for free mattress collection from your home within the UK and providing it meets the terms and conditions of the 100 Night Sleep Trial outlined below, we will make sure you receive a full refund.
Understandably the 100 Night Sleep Trial does comes with a simple few terms and conditions, which are there to ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction, without making the process complicated.
If you do find you’re not happy with your mattress purchase and wish to return it, it’s important you adhere to the following T&Cs to ensure you’re eligible for the 100 Night Sleep Trial returns policy:
- You must contact us within 100 days of your mattress delivery date. We stipulate that you should allow 90 days trial, after which you have 10 days to notify us that you wish to return the mattress.
- You must ensure the mattress is returned in its original packaging
- You must also make sure there is no damage or marks to the mattress or base
Providing you take good care of your mattress during the trial period and notify us within the specified time period, getting a full refund on your mattress is simple and straightforward. We will arrange for mattress collection direct from your bedroom, and once we’re satisfied the terms of the policy have been met, we’ll make sure your money is refunded back to you as quickly as possible.
